Trojan Bot vs. Sol Trading Bot
Trojan on Solana vs. SolTradingBot, stripped to essentials. We talk fees, rewards, execution, automation (autosell, migration/auto sniper), security, and docs. Clear strengths, clear gaps, and why Trojan leads for Solana meme coin traders.

Every active crypto trader needs a trading bot. Effective meme coin trenching is accomplished at astonishingly high speeds. Without a bot you’re not even going to be competing; you’ll be exit liquidity.
You might as well play poker with your cards face up.
30,000 coins get pumped out every day. Throwing random clicks into the wind doesn’t cut it. The quality opportunities evaporate faster than freshwater in the desert.
Well fine, you say, I need a trading bot. Everybody says theirs is the fastest and best but there’s like 50 and they can’t all be the best. So how do I decide?
That, my dear anon, is why we’ve made this whole series of vs blogs. We know that you’re busy and though you could spend hours and hours researching, if we can hand you the data, you’ll be able to just make an informed decision. We’re detailing major players (including some history you might not know), how we stack up, and why we think you should choose us.
Why advertise the other guys? Good question. If we give you the information, we believe you’ll see what 2 million others have: Trojan on Solana is the obvious choice. So the quicker we cut through the hype and marketing noise, the quicker your search can end and you can get on to doing what you came here for: trading.
Today we’re wrapping it up with Us vs. SolTradingBot.
Hold on to your hat.
If you’re new, we’ve got a blog that covers the basics of Telegram trading bots and if you’d like to read the rest of the “vs. series” it’s on our Trojan on Solana blog.
Who is SolTradingBot?
Launched in December of 2023, SolTradingBot has been in operation only slightly longer than Trojan on Solana. In that time they have accumulated almost 1.5M users and processed a little over $4.5B in volume (or about a fifth that of Trojan on Solana). They operate exclusively on the Solana blockchain.
They operate a non-custodial model, as they should. It seems their documentation hasn’t completely kept up with development so there are some tools that don’t have any explanation, but we’ll get to that.
What are their Pros?
SolTradingBot covers a bit of ground, and though we’re not going to be able to touch on everything, we’ll do our best to touch the things which are likely to be of the most interest.
Multi-Wallet Generation
While not necessarily something that would be used often by the average user, this is the only bot we’ve seen which provides this feature. With a single click users can create 1, 5, or 10 brand new wallets. Conversely, there is also the option to delete all the wallets in the bot with a single click. Cool if you plan to churn through a large number of wallets constantly.
Across the Board
In keeping with their do-a-lot-with-one-click thing, you can also sell all your tokens from one or more wallet, you can burn all your tokens with one click (which seems both potentially useful and potentially hazardous). So if you have a wallet that you know is just full of a slew of rugs and nothing else, you can clear it in one shot.
Security
This one kind of ticks both the pro and con boxes, depending on how you see it. Like Trojan on Solana, STB has a password protection option for the most sensitive actions. But, and it’s a big but, they also require establishing 2FA first before you can make a password. And with that 2FA access you can change the password. So, if someone gets your phone, and thereby access to your 2FA, the password won’t help. But if you forget the password, the 2FA lets you reset it. Mixed bag.
DCA, Finally
If you’ve been following along with this vs series of blogs we’ve been writing, you’ll know that one of the biggest surprises has been the lack of DCA functionality in almost all of our competitors Telegram trading bots. SolTradingBot checks off that very standard box.
Native Wrapping
A bit of an antiquated option, there’s the ability to wrap and unwrap your SOL in the interface. But, considering the speed and low cost of transactions on Solana that have been achieved, and the somewhat diminished efficacy of sniping launches, the use case seems limited now.
There are a few other minor points that we could mention, the inclusion of autosell, multiwallet buys/sells (like bundle buys/sells), and coverage of all the big DEXs. But most of these are shared with Trojan on Solana, not something that sets them apart.
What are their Cons?
Right. So we’ve pointed out some of the more unique aspects of STB that users might like, what about the not so great stuff? Are there any red flags or pain points to watch out for?
Lagging Benefits
STB fees are 1%. Pretty industry standard. But, if you’re concerned with your ability to catch some cashback (i.e. get some of those fees returned to you), you’ll need to look elsewhere. They don’t have it. Likewise, the referral earnings are a mere 30%, and limited to direct referrals. There’s no extended network.
Sniping Navigation
Kind of a minor point, but if you want to snipe on different platforms, it requires going through different menu selections and establishing distinct settings. This means that, though there is more customizability, there is also a lot more setup required. And the documentation is not always the clearest on how to establish the parameters.
Migration Sniper
Also, a brief mention on this, but the documentation seems to indicate that the only way to have a functioning migration sniper is to buy the coin and then to wait until the coin is actually migrating before you can set up the sell order and the option pops up. Baby-sitting trades is what bots are supposed to help traders avoid.
Who is Trojan on Solana?
Since our launch in early 2024, Trojan on Solana has ceaselessly been on the grind to expand our tools and reach. Our proprietary routing engine was built from the ground up to be the fastest, most accurate on the market.
Since the release of the bot, Trojan on Solana has risen to obtain the number one spot and never left it. All Telegram trading bot metrics, including lifetime users, volume, and rewards paid out have our name at the top. You can check onchain analytics for yourself here.
What are our Pros?
Like always, we’re going to try and kind of hit these in reverse order from the way they were presented in the STB pros and cons.
Top of the Rewards Heap
There’s no two ways about this. Trojan on Solana is the most rewarding Telegram trading bot out there. We offer a 0.9% trading fee (with referral). We give 20% cashback (effectively dropping the fee to 0.72%). And we give a 5-tier referral network program with 35% for direct referrals (then 3.5%, 2.5%, 2%, and 1% for the other 4 tiers).
Straightforward UI
We have worked exceptionally hard to have a simple to navigate, yet highly customizable interface. Whenever possible we remove the need for users to fiddle with options, preferring to load as much of the lift onto our systems as possible so you can focus on the important decisions.
Simple Security
We’ve made mention of this several times before, but our SAP (secure action password) is the best balance for security we’ve seen from any bot. Having a password that prevents unauthorized users from moving your funds and revealing your seed phrase, but that has a hint so that you can remember it, is about as good as it is going to get. No timers, no external apps required, just your wallet and a code to protect it.
Variable Burner
As mentioned earlier, SolTradingBot has an option to burn everything in a wallet. Once again, we applaud the existence of a native token burn option. With us you’ll have the option to go one-by-one, or to select up to 10 at a time, or to throw it all in the furnace at once if you’re going to burn tokens. This breadth of options is really easy to navigate and understand, and you are very unlikely to nuke your wallet by accident.
What are our Cons?
In an effort to be as objective as we can, let’s also cover the spots where STB seems to have stuff we don’t.
How Many Wallets Do You Need?
So this one’s a little odd. We don’t have an option to mass create wallets and mass delete wallets. But you can still have the same number with us as you would with STB: 10. It almost seems like STB’s system is designed for people who are launching a lot of coins or trying to spoof having a lot of holders.
Riding Without a Bumper
SolTradingBot provides a market maker bot, which, if you don’t know, is essentially a bump bot for giving the impression of volume transaction to a coin, even if you are the only one transacting. Coming on the heels of the wallet tool, it starts to paint a picture. Though we aren’t denigrating the tools of rapid creation and deletion of large numbers of wallets specifically, when combined with the bundle buys and sells, funds condensing from multiple wallets, and now a market maker bot...well it almost seems like this is a wallet designed for serial memecoin launchers.
A Few More Clicks
If you want to sell everything in a wallet or in multiple wallets, you know, portfolio management, you’ll need to select the coins to offload individually. We don’t offer the option to just swap your entire portfolio out into SOL. Again, this seems more like something you would build into your UI if you expect users to launch and bundle not just their own coins, but a lot of coins.
Which is Better, Trojan on Solana or SolTradingBot?
Out of all the bots we’ve reviewed and stacked ourselves against, there has usually been a very narrow group of people for which we saw someone else might be the better fit. But it’s never been as clear cut as this before.
Are we better? In almost every way, for almost every user, yes. Of course you say that, you say, it’s your bot.
We’ll give you a table in a sec, but you won’t be shocked if you read the article who we think STB would benefit: people who are launching a lot of memecoins constantly.
Here’s your breakdown:
